Pre wedding cleaning Customers requiring wedding dresses cleaned PRIOR to their wedding day or between weddings (ie abroad and home) should be aware that all wedding dresses are returned boxed rather than hanging. As we offer a nationwide collection & return service we have to use a courier company to fulfil our collection and return requirements. Returning dresses to our customers hanging is therefore unfortunately not possible. All dresses will of course be carefully folded and boxed (protected in acid-free tissue paper), and we would advise customers to hang their dress as soon as it is received back - any folds should quickly fall out.
